Description
We are seeking an Uppdragsansvarig VVS (Responsible for HVAC projects) to join our team in Karlskrona, Sweden.
As Uppdragsansvarig VVS, you will be responsible for leading HVAC projects from early stages to completion, ensuring successful project execution and delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading internal project work and communicating with customers on contract and economic matters
- Planning and driving technical issues, coordination, and daily work management of projects together with engineers and designers in your team
- Preparing feasibility studies, designs, investigations, and cost assessments throughout the project lifecycle
- Mentoring and training junior consultants as part of your role
Requirements:
- Civil, high school, or equivalent engineering degree with a focus on HVAC, or equivalent experience in the field
- At least 5 years of experience in the HVAC industry, including experience with consulting or contracting activities
- Knowledge of AMA VVS and experience with creating description parts for HVAC, as well as proficiency in MagiCAD, Revit, or AutoCAD
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with hospitals or other technically advanced and installation-dense projects
- Experience with inspections and controls
