Physical Therapist - Outpatient

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Outpatient Rehabilitation team at Atrium Health Physical Therapy Denver. As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate patients, develop and implement care plans, and provide therapy sessions to help patients achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop care plans
• Provide therapy sessions and educate patients and families
• Document patient progress and communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehab Technicians as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
• Applicable state license for Physical Therapy
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift patients, equipment, or supplies up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals
