Description
PT Solutions, in partnership with Ascension St. Vincent, is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to join their team in Kokomo, Indiana. The successful candidate will work in an acute care setting, collaborating with a Physical Therapist to administer patient treatments and educate patients, family members, and caregivers on daily routines.
The ideal candidate will have graduated from an APTA or CAPTE-approved physical therapist assistant program, hold state licensure, and possess Basic Life Support Certification via the American Heart Association.
Responsibilities include:
- Administering and assisting with a wide range of physical therapy treatments
- Establishing strong relationships with patients to help them exceed their functional goals
- Demonstrating a positive connection with patients, fellow clinicians, and team members
- Building and maintaining relationships throughout the community
