Description
We are seeking an UnSe Supervisor to join our team. As an UnSe Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality, cost, weight, function, and delivery times (QCWFT) of driveline systems, from virtual design stages to launch and ongoing production.
You will work closely with calibration, transmission, NVH, and chassis teams, as well as interact with our supplier base and program teams located in North America, Europe, and China.

Responsibilities
- Lead and guide a team of 5 to 10 design and release engineers.
- Provide technical supervision of driveline systems, ensuring close interface with calibration, transmission, NVH, and chassis areas.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams from the supplier base to meet key program deliverables.
- Be responsible for program delivery in terms of quality, cost, weight, function, and timing (QCWFT).
- Act as the primary interface between the vehicle program/platform and your functional team.
- Support prototype construction at the supplier base and in vehicles.
- Manage the resolution of all issues related to the driveline program.
- Collaborate with program teams distributed across multiple regions (North America, Europe, and China).
Qualifications
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience with driveline systems and components (driveshafts, semi-axles, traction units).
- Proficiency in using TK's and Excel for program tracking and analysis.
- Experience leading or guiding work teams.
Desired Qualifications (not exhaustive)
- Previous experience in people management.
- Knowledge of powertrain calibration.
- Experience with Ford engineering tools such as GPDS, TeamCenter, WERS, or FEDE.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills, including presentations.
- Ability to work collaboratively and multifunctionally, building team consensus (One Ford Behaviour).
