Product Manager - Accounting (Contractor)

Jeeves is looking for a contract Product Manager who understands accounting to drive their Accounting & Finance Automation work. You'll build products that accountants, controllers, and finance teams use to manage corporate spend across 20+ countries , automating manual workflows, ensuring data accuracy, and connecting Jeeves to the ERP and accounting systems customers rely on.

Responsibilities:

• Ship improvements to the accounting user experience: spend data management, reconciliation, compliance, and audit trails
• Identify and validate AI automation opportunities , prototype solutions, know when AI fits vs. when deterministic rules are required
• Drive integration work with ERP and accounting platforms (NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, etc.)
• Run customer discovery with controllers and CFOs; turn findings into clear specs engineering can build

Requirements:

• Accounting background + product experience , CPA/accounting degree with 2+ years in accounting or finance operations, plus 2+ years in product roles on financial software
• OR PM with financial systems experience , 3+ years of B2B SaaS/fintech PM experience building products that integrate with ERP or accounting platforms

Both profiles need: working knowledge of GAAP/IFRS, strong analytical skills (SQL, data analysis), hands-on comfort prototyping with AI tools, and excellent written communication. LatAm accounting and compliance knowledge is a big plus.
