GTM Recruiter

Fin, now part of Salesforce, is seeking a Recruiter to support strategic hiring for the organization and contribute to the team's growth and success. The ideal candidate will drive full-cycle recruitment for positions across GTM and G&A teams, partner with leadership, and be a strategic talent partner and advisor across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Fin's leaders and Hiring Managers to deeply understand their needs.
• Influence and advise stakeholders on their recruiting approach, strategy, and processes.
• Create diverse and robust pipelines and attract and convert talent through creative sourcing tactics.
• Attract and convert passive talent through effective and authentic storytelling of company strategy and business goals.
• Leverage data to diagnose challenges in a search, proactively create and execute solutions, and influence and advise stakeholders.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience and serve as a trusted partner.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of full-cycle GTM/Sales recruiting experience in a high-growth tech environment.
• Expertise and talent market intelligence across business teams (GTM and G&A functions).
• Creative recruiting approach and capable of attracting and converting talent.
• Proven track record of partnering with GTM leaders to meet and exceed hiring goals.
• Data and metrics-driven, ability to use data to inform decisions.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
• Passion for building and managing diverse pipelines.

Benefits:

• Base salary range: $117,000 - $140,000
• Corporate bonus program or sales incentive
