The partnerships team at Elgato is the cornerstone of our marketing operation, working with hundreds of creators worldwide to promote and spread awareness of Elgato products. Our mission is to empower content creators everywhere.
As a Partnerships Specialist in India, you will execute and oversee partnerships and influencer campaigns surrounding product launches and global marketing initiatives. You will collaborate with local distributors and sales teams to support on-ground activations, creator campaigns, and Elgato product showcases in India.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building a communication bridge between different teams, infusing product knowledge into market direction
- Supporting the localization of campaigns and ensuring content aligns with regional culture and trends
- Nurturing mutually beneficial partnerships with key content creators in the region
- Planning, organizing, and creating reports covering promotional activity, web traffic, and campaigns
- Coordinating with key retailers to align and realize collaborative marketing activations
- Working closely with Sales and BD teams to ensure creator campaigns align with brand and business goals
- Identifying trends in the online world and creating action plans
- Understanding and presenting insights into the market, and providing advice on how the company may maximize its marketing and product offerings
- Traveling to events and representing Elgato in-person to visitors, partners, and acquaintances
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in partnerships or influencer marketing, a strong understanding of the creator economy, and great organizational, project management, and communication skills. Experience working in tech, gaming, or creator-focused industries is highly desirable.
