Job Details The Pelvic Health Physical Therapist I will work in an established outpatient rehabilitation team supporting various patient populations and specialty areas, including sports medicine, pelvic health, vestibular rehabilitation, and pediatrics. You will work alongside PTs, OTs, PTAs, physicians, and advanced practice providers while maintaining autonomy to provide individualised, one-on-one care.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current or eligible Illinois Physical Therapist license

Schedule

• Monday-Friday, including two evenings per week until 7:00 PM
• Last patient scheduled at 6:00 PM
