Description
We are seeking a Full Stack Typescript Developer to join our Enterprise Resilience team at BlackRock. The successful candidate will be based in our Edinburgh office and managed remotely from San Francisco.
The Enterprise Resilience team manages BlackRock's business resilience programs, including operational resilience, business continuity, and IT disaster recovery. The team uses various applications and services, and we are looking for a developer to help maintain and improve these systems.
As a Full Stack Typescript Developer, you will help develop, maintain, and document internal services written in Typescript. You will strengthen existing code, implement new features, design and implement REST APIs, write tests, and collaborate with stakeholders.
The technology stack includes Prisma ORM, Postgres, Fastify, and React. You may also work on projects related to process automation, reporting, disaster simulation, and agentic AI.
In addition to technical skills, we are looking for someone who can work collaboratively, communicate proactively, and take initiative on problems.
