Senior Consultant Specialist

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.

Principal responsibilities:

• Take responsibility for the entire project
• Analyse the project and rectify errors
• Conduct system-wide analysis to fulfil requirements
• Develop detailed design structures
• Implement best practices and coding standards
• Seek peer reviews and feedback
• Report on weekly tasks
• Conduct testing and integration testing
• Identify project risks and plan mitigation actions
• Ensure team follows procedures and increase productivity

Knowledge & Experience/Qualifications:

• Deep understanding of CI/CD and available tools
• Logging, Monitoring and Alerting concepts in a banking environment
• Deep understanding of IBM WebSphere Application Server or cloud and IBM BPM
• Code version and branches management
• Strong hands-on experience in IBM BPM's BPDs (Process Designer), Coach framework
• Develop core system/integration components using J2EE, XML, SOAP and REST web services
• Relational Databases with basic SQL Skills
• Web Technologies – HTML, DHTML, JavaScript

Additional skills that will be beneficial:

• Good communication skills
• Hands-on experience with Java/WX
