Director Executive Communications

Electronic Arts is seeking a Director of Executive Communications to lead employee and external communications for the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and COO team.

The successful candidate will develop and implement an integrated communications strategy aligned with business objectives and target audiences. They will collaborate with C-suite executives, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams to craft compelling communications that build credibility and understanding of EA's long-term strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing a comprehensive employee and external communications strategy
• Serving as a strategic advisor to the COO on communications opportunities and risks
• Managing media relations and executive visibility initiatives
• Building strong relationships with media, influencers, and stakeholders
• Overseeing employee communications strategy and tactics
• Directing high-impact presentations for executive meetings and external speaking opportunities

Requirements:

• 14+ years of experience in executive communications, corporate communications, public relations, or related fields
• Significant experience advising C-suite executives or senior leaders
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• Proven ability to translate complex topics into clear narratives
• Experience with media relations, spokesperson preparation, and issues management
• Strong understanding of business, technology, entertainment, gaming, and cultural trends
