Description
We are seeking a General Merchandise Manager to lead our non-food products team at our Worksop store. As a General Merchandise Manager, you will be responsible for presenting our non-food products in a fantastic way to delight our customers, ensuring your area runs smoothly every day from the shop floor to the warehouse. You will also be responsible for people management, managing performance and capability, conducting disciplinaries, and ensuring scheduling and pay are accurate.
The ideal candidate will have previous line management responsibilities in a fast-paced, operational environment, and be someone who is truly obsessed with customers and service. You will have experience leading teams in a dynamic, customer-facing environment, and have delivered KPI's or other performance indicators.
