Commercial Partnerships Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Partnerships Manager to join our team.

You will be responsible for managing and developing existing partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and executing event and project management tasks.

Key areas of responsibility:

• Project & Event Management: You will oversee the successful implementation of partner rights at events and content productions, coordinating external agencies, service providers, and internal departments.
• Account Management & Partner Care: As a central point of contact, you will strategically develop existing partnerships, analyze cooperation success, identify optimization potential, and derive concrete recommendations for action.
• Partnership Sales & New Business Development: You will proactively market Red Bull's unique marketing assets in sports, gaming, music, and dance, controlling the entire sales process from initial contact to pricing strategy and contract negotiations.

Requirements:

• Proven professional experience in active project and partnership management, sponsorship execution, event marketing, or brand management.
• Demonstrable successes in operational control and implementation of complex B2B partnerships or event integrations.
• Experience in managing interdisciplinary teams, external agencies, and service providers under tight deadlines.
• Deep understanding of the sports, culture, gaming, and event landscape.
• Excellent project management skills with high attention to detail and secure prioritization.
• Analytical, conceptual, and creative strengths ("storytelling") to translate complex assets into added value for partners.
• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and experience with project management and CRM tools.
