Solutions Architect

We are looking for an experienced Solutions Architect to help large enterprises become more data-driven.

Working with the Enterprise Account Executive, you will define and direct the technical strategy for our largest accounts, leading to increased adoption of our products and ML & AI.

Your responsibilities include:

• Working with multiple clients as the main technical voice for Databricks
• Leading customers on a transformational journey to evaluate and adopt Databricks
• Implementing the technical strategy in the account
• Building a movement of technical champions within the account
• Aligning technical strategies around Databricks solutions
• Providing structured mentorship for other team members

Requirements:

• Proficiency in establishing virtual teams and leading them to success
• Experience working with large global accounts (> $1m ARR)
• Ability to form relationships with executives and influencers
• Convincing presentation skills for important decision-makers
• Technical expertise in big data, data science, and cloud
• Production programming experience in Python, R, Scala, or Java

Nice to have: Databricks Certification

The pay range for this role is $180,000-$247,500 USD.
