Physical Therapist Assistant - Physical Therapy

We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at Aspirus Wisconsin Rapids Hospital. As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will carry out outpatient treatment procedures for pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients under the guidance and general supervision of a licensed physical therapist.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation of physical therapy treatment plans
• Perform therapeutic exercises and activities under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Requirements:

• Associate degree from a Physical Therapist Assistant program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)
• Current Wisconsin and/or Michigan licensure to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant
• Current BLS certification or obtained within 90 days of hire
