Description
The Boeing Company is seeking an Associate Project Management Specialist to join the team in Oklahoma City, OK or Tukwila, WA. This role supports the integration of program plans and schedules across company functions, product groups, suppliers, and partners.
Responsibilities:
- Supports preparation, development, and coordination of integrated plans and schedules to meet program and project requirements
- Assists with development of program plans, schedules, and coordinates with affected organizations
- Identifies and reports performance variances
- Develops the Integrated Master Production Plan and supports change incorporation plans
- Participates in review of proposed changes to the baseline
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in program planning, project management, integrated scheduling, or related disciplines
- 1+ year of experience working with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives
- 1+ year of experience using Integrated Scheduling tools such as Open Plan Professional, Microsoft Project Professional, or similar tools

Salary Range: Tukwila, WA: $81,600 - $110,400 Oklahoma City, OK: $71,400 - $96,600
