Make a difference in the lives of military Service Members and their families as a licensed mental healthcare provider with Leidos.
We are seeking passionate and flexible counsellors to join our Mission Ready Reserve (MRR) team, providing preventative counselling services to address and solve issues before they become major challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Provide face-to-face counselling to military Service Members and their families (individual, couples, family, and children)
- Recommend referrals and handoffs to military and community resources based on clinical skills
- Offer presentations on social skills development and social emotional learning
- Build rapport with Service Members, spouses, and children by attending installation and community events
- Help families and children with challenges particular to the military community, such as transitions, reoccurring moves, frequent separations, and deployments
Service Oriented Model:
- Focus on counselling and the military Service

Requirements:
- Master's degree or higher in Behavioural Health Professions (MS/MSW/MA/PhD)
- Licensure to practice at the independent practice level (LCSW, MFT, LPCC, Psychologist) in a state or territory of the United States
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Must be able to pass a basic background check for employment, a National/Child National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI/CNACI) clearance
Pay Range: $36/hr - $45/hr
