Description
We are seeking a People Services Coordinator to join our team at Alliance for Better Care CIC. You will be responsible for providing support with recruitment, HR coordination, and reporting.
The role involves:
- Recruitment: advertising roles on various job sites, managing the selection process, and ensuring clear communication with hiring managers
- HR Coordination: supporting the employee lifecycle, including induction for new starters, contract variations, and processing leavers questionnaires
- Reporting: producing and distributing routine and ad-hoc reports from HRIS, trackers, and other reporting mechanisms
The successful candidate will have:
- Knowledge of latest UK employment law and HR practices
- Strong customer-focused attitude
- Demonstrable experience in dealing with the public and handling sensitive and confidential information
- Intermediate knowledge of IT systems and software programmes
- Good working knowledge of using HRIS
- Understanding of Confidentiality and Data Protection Act
- Understanding of CQC Governance procedures and requirements to work in healthcare roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexibly, use initiative, prioritise workload, and delegate
- Excellent customer service skills
- Confidence in working remotely and using technology to facilitate this
- Ability to work to deadlines and deliver on objectives
