Parts and Accessories Consultant

We are seeking a Parts and Accessories Consultant to join our team at Porsche Zentrum Böblingen. As a key link between the workshop and service, you will ensure optimal parts and accessories supply to meet customer satisfaction and maximise market potential.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise between the workshop and service teams
• Contribute to optimal parts and accessories supply for customer satisfaction and market potential
• Handle customer requests and inquiries, checking availability and delivery times

Requirements:

• Completed vocational training as a logistics specialist or technical training in the automotive industry
• Experience in parts service within a car dealership is desirable
• Strong product knowledge, experience in accessory sales, and organisational skills
• Customer-focused mindset and approach
• Independent and meticulous work style
