Country Manager with Distribution Partner

We are seeking a Country Manager to define the goals and strategic direction of Red Bull in Thailand, ensuring top-quality implementation of the approved Business Plan.

The successful candidate will have full responsibility for the P&L in Thailand, including financial and trade result delivery, trade and marketing spending strategies, and financial feasibility, planning, and control.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building and delivering the business strategy, including sales and marketing strategy, sales forecasting, planning, and controlling
• Managing distribution partners, including building relationships, ensuring alignment, and delivery of agreed plans
• Building a high-performing team, including attracting and hiring talented individuals, fostering entrepreneurialism, and developing leadership skills
• Product and brand knowledge, including understanding Red Bull products, values, and brand history

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a top management role, preferably in FMCG companies
• Ideally previous experience in On Trade channel
• Track record of building motivated, collaborative, and high-performing teams
• Experience building premium brands via youth-focused consumer marketing and communications programs
• Experience working with and driving performance through Distribution Partners
• Genuine trade relationships and ability to connect, work, and negotiate at a top-to-top level with Key Trade Channel Partners
• P&L responsibility, ideally in Food & Beverage, with strong commercial acumen
• Clear understanding of markets, sales & distribution, competitor activity, and consumer behavior in a brand and FMCG context
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong fluency in English (verbal & written) and local language is a plus
• Travel 20-30%
