Description

We are seeking an ICT and Sustainability Coordinator to join our team at Porsche Zentrum Oberer Zürichsee.

Job Summary: As an ICT and Sustainability Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth IT operations across all locations, providing 1st-level support, and managing IT projects. You will also support the implementation of sustainability strategies and coordinate sustainability projects.

Responsibilities:

ICT (approximately 90%):

  • Ensure smooth IT operations at all locations
  • Provide central contact for IT and computer-related topics
  • Offer 1st-level support
  • Set up, manage, and administer workstations, including installations, activations, and system maintenance
  • Interface with Porsche Informatik and external IT service providers
  • Oversee IT projects and support system introductions
  • Contribute to process optimisation and documentation maintenance
  • Perform administrative tasks such as budget control, procurement, and inventory management

Environmental and Sustainability (approximately 10%):

  • Support the implementation of sustainability strategies for Porsche Holding Salzburg
  • Coordinate and accompany sustainability projects and initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal and external contacts on environmental and sustainability topics
  • Create and develop relevant environmental and sustainability reports

Requirements:

  • Completed training as an ICT specialist, media technician, computer scientist, or comparable qualification
  • Pronounced IT affinity and interest in digital technologies and processes
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Excellent German language skills and good English language skills in writing and speaking; French and/or Italian language skills are advantageous
  • Independent, responsible, and reliable working style
  • High teamwork and discretion
  • High service orientation, hands-on mentality, and enthusiasm for supporting users in everyday IT life
