TransPerfect is looking for a dynamic and team-oriented individual to join the Content Solutions Team as a Content Solutions Engineer supporting the Asian market.
This is a multi-functional, client-facing role that combines subject matter expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Translation (MT), and Generative AI with strategic pre-sales support across the GlobalLink suite, technical consulting and solution architecture, and key account and program management collaboration.
As a Content Solutions Engineer, you will serve as both the AI/MT expert during pre-sales engagements and a technical advisor and solution consultant for the broader GlobalLink suite of products. You will work closely with prospective and existing clients to gather requirements, identify automation and optimization opportunities, and design AI-powered and GlobalLink-enabled solutions to address complex global content challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as SME in sales opportunities involving AI, MT, and Generative AI
- Lead client presentations, workshops, and technical discussions
- Evaluate LLM and MT options for external clients and internal production
- Design AI-powered workflows aligned with client use cases
- Support pre-sales efforts across the GlobalLink suite, including workflow automation, integrations, reporting, and content management capabilities
- Translate client business requirements into scalable GlobalLink configurations
- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to position GlobalLink strategically within enterprise accounts
- Ensure alignment between AI/MT solutions and broader platform architecture
- Propose pilot programs and define implementation roadmaps
- Establish KPIs and success metrics
- Coordinate with AI/MT Implementation and GlobalLink teams for deployment
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- BS/BA required
- Direct experience with MT, Generative AI, LLM, or other NLP technologies, solutions and services
- Direct sales, client services, key account management or program management experience
- Familiarity with the localization industry and experience working on complex localization projects
- Fluency in English, excellent verbal communication, and client-facing skills
- Technical mindset and ability to grasp complex technical concepts
- Sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure
- High degree of attention to detail and ownership
- Experience managing multi-faceted projects from inception to launch
