Description
The Government Technology Agency (GovTech) is the lead agency driving Singapore's Smart Nation initiatives and public sector digital transformation. As the Centre of Excellence for Infocomm Technology and Smart Systems (ICT & SS), GovTech develops the Singapore Government's capabilities in Data Science & Artificial Intelligence, Application Development, Smart City Technology, Digital Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of one or more digital products, shaping and delivering solutions that drive meaningful outcomes for the agency and its stakeholders. You will define and manage product strategy and roadmaps aligned with organisational goals, working closely with cross-functional teams in engineering, design, and operations to deliver high-quality, user-centric products.

Requirements:
- Passion for building impactful digital products
- Strong interest in shaping meaningful digital experiences
- Strong product management experience
- At least 3+ years of experience managing digital products
- Technical fluency in modern digital practices
- Familiarity with technologies and practices such as Agile methodologies, CI/CD, cloud-native architectures, RESTful APIs, and modern authentication frameworks
- Experience in rapid prototyping and AI-enabled development
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI-assisted tools
- Knowledge of digital ecosystem concepts
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional teams
- Domain expertise (preferred)
