Description
As an LGV 2 Driver AM with Biffa Waste Services, you will be part of a single-person crew responsible for driving various LGV vehicles to collect and empty bins from trade waste customers.
This role offers the opportunity to work independently outdoors, making a positive impact on the local environment and communities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving LGV vehicles to collect and empty bins
- Conducting daily vehicle checks and reporting defects
- Safely manoeuvring and operating large rigid vehicles
- Maintaining good communication and customer service skills
- Adhering to health and safety procedures

Requirements:
- Valid LGV/HGV Class 2 (Category C) driving licence
- Valid Driver CPC / Driver Qualification Card
- Good understanding of road safety and vehicle safety
- Ability to complete daily vehicle checks and report defects
- Good knowledge of drivers' hours and tachograph requirements
