Head of Operations, Global Affairs

Electronic Arts is seeking a Head of Operations for its Global Affairs team. The successful candidate will lead strategic initiatives to ensure operational excellence, financial discipline, and technology enablement for a 200-person Global Affairs organization. The role involves serving as a strategic advisor to the Chief Legal Officer, Chief Business Officer, and Senior Vice President, Legal Affairs. The ideal candidate will have experience leading an operations function, strong financial planning and management skills, and demonstrated people leadership experience.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders and partner with cross-functional stakeholders
• Design and deliver a Global Affairs operations strategy aligned to business priorities
• Lead and develop the Global Affairs Operations team
• Manage the Global Affairs budget planning and management
• Select and manage technology solutions to drive efficiency in the department
• Partner with department leaders to manage outside counsels, technology providers, and managed services relationships

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of operation experience across people, processes, and technology within a corporate or law firm setting
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Strong financial planning and management skills
• Demonstrated people leadership experience
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage complex projects
• Experience overseeing technology solutions and AI initiatives
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and influence decisions
