Description
We are looking for a Croatian Linguistic Lead Tester to join a long-term project in Cupertino, CA. As a Linguistic Lead Tester, you’ll help bring high-quality Croatian content to life and ensure it feels natural, accurate, and polished for end users.
The Onsite Lead Tester is responsible for the overall quality of their language at an account level, as well as the main point of contact for Language Leads. This role is ideal for someone with native-level fluency in Croatian, fluency in English, and strong communication skills.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Linguistic tasks
- Coordination of the linguistic team, including reviewing copy and giving feedback to testers, communicating feedback received from the client, supporting testers in understanding corrections, acting as liaison for terminology and style issues, and supporting the onboarding of new testers
- Quality management planning and execution
- Client engagement
- Linguistic assets management
- Complete assigned tasks in a quality and timely manner
