Logistics Coordinator (Onsite)

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to oversee and support the full logistics workflow at our Oxford location.

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring inbound and outbound shipments, managing system and physical packing, conducting inventory control, handling logistics invoices and purchasing, and providing operational support.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Tracking and monitoring shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolving shipment-related issues
• Processing incoming shipments using computer systems and software, updating shipment records and generating accurate documentation
• Packaging and preparing goods for shipment following established guidelines
• Conducting weekly and annual cycle counts to ensure system records match physical stock
• Reviewing and submitting logistics invoices for timely payment
• Executing tasks delegated by the supervisor and adapting to changing priorities

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data tracking and record-keeping
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software for inventory management and shipment tracking
• Exposure to logistics, warehouse operations, or related fields
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately handle and record inventory data
• Physical stamina and ability to lift and move packages of varying sizes and weights
• Fluency in English; fluency in Chinese is an advantage
