PRN Speech-Language Pathologist - Acute Care

We are seeking a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Riverview, Florida. As part of our team, you'll work with Advent Health Riverview, a new 82-bed facility that provides emergency care, cardiology, labor and delivery, bariatric, general, neurosurgery, and orthopedic surgery.

Your responsibilities as an Acute Care Speech Language Pathologist include:

• Delivering evidence-based, quality care to each patient to facilitate return home or to next level of care
• Establishing timely treatment plans for each patient's specific needs
• Demonstrating a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members
• Building and maintaining relationships throughout the hospital

Requirements:

• Graduate of a CAA-approved Speech-Language Pathology program
• Certificate of Clinical Competence from American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
• State Licensure in Speech Language Pathology
• Basic Life Support certification

Compensation: $55.00 an hour
