Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Fashion, Home & Beauty section, where you'll play a vital frontline role in delivering style advice and five-star service.
You'll be working part-time with flexible hours: Wednesday 13:00-17:00, Thursday 13:00-17:00, and Saturday 10:00-14:00. Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
As a Customer Assistant, you'll:
- Provide style advice and excellent customer service
- Operate in a high-demand environment, using digital tools to enhance the customer experience
- Keep standards high while balancing speed and accuracy
- Contribute to a positive store environment and support your team
