Member of Client Operations, Settlements

At Anchorage Digital, you will be part of the Client Operations team, responsible for delivering white-glove service to institutional clients throughout their ongoing account management activities. This includes ensuring an excellent onboarding experience, providing attentive care to clients, and managing transactions in a risk-conscious way.

Key responsibilities:

• Execute end-to-end settlement operations for institutional clients
• Reconcile activity across internal systems and external venues
• Maintain strong documentation and controls for repeatable settlement workflows
• Demonstrate a basic understanding of the crypto industry's landscape, tokens/protocols, and different verticals
• Partner cross-functionally to improve tools, reduce manual steps, and strengthen controls

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in operations, settlements, reconciliations, or post-trade support
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple time-sensitive workflows concurrently
• Experience reconciling transactions and balances across systems
• Familiarity with blockchain concepts and using explorers to validate transactions
• Clear communication skills with a strong sense of ownership and a practical, risk-aware mindset
