Facility Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician to join our team at Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta, a 2.54-mile road course located 35 minutes north of Atlanta.

As a Facility Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that all facilities are maintained at the highest standard level to provide a safe environment for staff, visitors, and the public.

Key responsibilities include:

• Performing general cleaning, garbage removal, and disposal in restrooms and common areas
• Maintaining the grounds, including sweeping, mowing, and trimming grass using hand, power, or riding mowers
• Performing general manual labor tasks such as loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials
• Conducting basic repairs and maintenance on track equipment and buildings
• Operating forklifts, front loaders, and other equipment
• Maintaining a safe working area

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-3 years of related experience and/or training
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
• Basic mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Effective communication and time management skills
• Ability to work some evenings and weekends
• Position is safety-sensitive and participates in the corporate Substance Abuse Program (SAP)
• Must be able to pass a driving record check
