(Senior) Consultant in SAP FICO

As a (Senior) Consultant in SAP FICO at MHP, you will shape the digital transformation of our clients and actively bring your expertise in finance and controlling to exciting SAP S/4HANA projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Advising clients on the transformation of their ERP finance and controlling platforms, particularly during the introduction and further development of SAP S/4HANA
• End-to-end support for SAP FICO implementation and transformation projects - from analysis and design to implementation, migration, testing, training, production setup and support, and subsequent roll-outs
• Active technical and specialist design of integrated finance and controlling processes, as well as independent customizing in the SAP FI and CO modules, particularly in the areas of financial accounting, cost type and cost center accounting, internal orders, CO-PA, and profit center accounting
• Ensuring the integration of SAP FICO with adjacent modules and processes (e.g., SD, PP, MM, or EWM)
• Taking on partial project management tasks and gradually developing towards independent project management

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A completed degree and at least 2 years of professional experience in internal/external SAP consulting or in industry
• A passion for SAP and a high affinity for future-oriented technologies in the finance and controlling environment
• Expertise in SAP FICO consulting and customizing, as well as a good understanding of processes in accounting (also initial contacts with other SAP modules such as SD, PP, MM, or EWM)
• A structured, customer-oriented approach with flexibility
