As an intern in our Experience Store in Rotterdam, you will be the face of KPN, helping customers with the latest telecom and ICT solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming customers and inventorying their questions
- Advising on subscriptions, packages, and technical possibilities
- Thinking along with smart solutions for telecom and ICT issues
- Collaborating with colleagues to provide the best service
- Helping customers try out the latest products
To be successful in this role, you bring the following qualifications:
- You are currently pursuing an mbo education in a field such as junior account manager, retail manager, or retail specialist
- You are curious, enthusiastic, and enjoy helping others
- You have an open attitude and are not afraid to ask questions
- You work well in a team and motivate others
- You are available starting February 2027
