School Property Supervisor

Join Zeta's growing team as a School Property Supervisor, making a big impact in public education in New York City. You will be responsible for executing projects, maintaining fire prevention systems, HVAC systems, and performing multiple repair and maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Execute projects coordinated and supervised by the school-based Operations Director and the Network Facilities Team
• Maintain fire prevention systems, including sprinkler systems, fire alarm panels, and fire extinguishers
• Maintain HVAC systems, including providing guidance for staff on operation
• Coordinate with outside vendors and monitor their work
• Perform multiple repair and maintenance tasks, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and general facility repairs
• Be available evenings and weekends as needed for facilities work and emergencies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (exceptions may be made for certain experience)
• At least 3-5+ years of relevant experience as a building superintendent

Salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year.
