Description
We are seeking a Project Manager: Heat Pump to join our team at Vattenfall Next Energy Solutions in Castrop-Rauxel, NRW, Germany.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing heat pump projects from order handover to acceptance, ensuring project goals are met in terms of quality, cost, and deadlines.
Key responsibilities:
- Independently manage heat pump projects from start to finish
- Conduct technical reviews and prepare projects, including system design, hydraulics, and installation planning
- Coordinate with installation teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and relevant trades
- Ensure project objectives are met regarding quality, costs, and deadlines
- Serve as a point of contact for customers and installation teams, handling changes, additional work, and technical issues
Requirements:
- Technical training in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) or a related field, ideally with a master's or technician's degree
- Several years of practical experience in executing heating or heat pump projects
- In-depth understanding of heat pumps, hydraulics, and heating systems
- Strong organisational skills, independence, and problem-solving abilities
- Reliable communication and cost, quality, and deadline awareness
