Physical Therapist (PT) Float

We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our innovative float team at Aurora. As a float therapist, you will be provided with training and resources to treat patients at outpatient clinic locations within a 45-minute drive from your home.

Responsibilities:

• Interpret physician referrals and complete evaluations using appropriate methods
• Establish a plan of care and implement individual treatment based on evaluation results and functional goals
• Monitor and evaluate outcomes, adjusting the treatment plan as needed
• Plan for and complete patient discharge, including providing written home programs and patient/family teaching
• Complete all required documentation, including patient progress notes and discharge summaries
• Participate in performance improvement activities and manage your assigned caseload

Requirements:

• Physical Therapist license issued by the state in which you practice (Wisconsin or Illinois)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
• Intermediate computer skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Benefits:

• Competitive salary range: $41.10 - $61.65 per hour
• Sign-on bonus: $10,000 for full-time new hires or $5,000 for part-time new hires
