Howden is offering a High Net-Worth Insurance Apprenticeship Programme starting in September 2027. You will join their Private Clients team and work on building trusted client relationships, providing exceptional service, and helping clients protect their valuable assets.
Responsibilities:
- Learn the foundations of high net-worth motor and home insurance
- Build your confidence speaking with clients and understanding their individual insurance needs
- Help the team manage communications with insurers and underwriters
- Learn how to manage client enquiries and provide clear, accurate information
- Develop strong relationships and provide a professional and personal service
- Support with maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records

- Confident communicator who enjoys speaking with different people
- Able to build rapport and develop trusted relationships
- Passionate about delivering an excellent service to clients
- Resilient and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Organised and able to manage several tasks at the same time
