Description
Join the Marks & Spencer team in the Bracknell Lexicon cafe as a Customer Assistant during the Christmas period. This part-time role involves providing excellent customer service, handling orders efficiently, and maintaining high food safety standards in a fast-paced environment.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing warm, five-star service to customers
- Making great food and drink recommendations
- Operating efficiently under pressure, especially during busy periods
- Maintaining impeccable food safety standards
- Supporting colleagues and contributing to a high-performance culture
- Adapting quickly to meet customer needs and assist where required
The work pattern for this role is:
- Sunday: 11:00-15:00
- Tuesday: 11:00-15:00
- Wednesday: 11:00-15:00
- Thursday: 11:00-15:00
- Saturday: 11:00-15:00
Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
