Specialist Inside Sales

We are seeking a Specialist Inside Sales to join our team at AVL DiTEST GmbH in Graz. As a central point of contact, you will be responsible for supporting national and international customers in the area of new and replacement devices throughout the entire sales and order process.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Creating and following up on offers, as well as handling customer inquiries regarding products, prices, delivery times, and conditions
• Ensuring professional and timely processing from order capture to invoicing
• Coordinating new and replacement device orders with sales, aftersales, purchasing, production, and logistics to ensure smooth processes
• Supporting efficient and customer-oriented processing of returns, exchange deliveries, and credits
• Maintaining and updating customer, offer, and order data in the ERP system, ensuring high data quality
• Actively contributing to the optimisation and further development of existing processes related to the ERP system IFS
• Collaborating in a small, closely-knit team and regularly interacting with internal and external contacts

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A completed commercial education (e.g., HAK, FH, university)
• Experience in order processing, customer service, aftersales, or inside sales is desirable
• Familiarity with administrative processes and structured business processes
• Proficiency in MS Office and ideally ERP systems (e.g., IFS)
• Reliable, structured, and independent work style with high accuracy
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A service-oriented and customer-focused mindset with a willingness to question and improve existing processes

The minimum salary for this position is €54,506.34 gross per year according to the collective agreement of the vehicle industry. The actual remuneration depends on your qualification and professional experience and can significantly exceed this amount.
