Description
We are looking for a Grocery Associate to join our Wolt Market team in Zagreb.
You will work in our dark store, preparing online orders and ensuring customers receive their products quickly and accurately.
Responsibilities:
- Process online orders using an application
- Receive and store inventory
- Maintain inventory accuracy and product labeling
- Ensure a clean workspace and adhere to HACCP standards
- Work collaboratively with the team and communicate effectively
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work quickly, adapt to new situations, and multitask
- Understanding of customer experience
- Familiarity with digital applications
- Relevant work experience or retail background (desirable)
- Minimum secondary education
- Proficiency in Croatian and English
