Physical Therapist Assistant

We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at Aspirus Wisconsin Rapids Hospital. As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will carry out outpatient treatment procedures for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients under the guidance and general supervision of a licensed physical therapist.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation of physical therapy treatment plans
• Provide support to patients during therapy sessions
• Monitor patient progress and report to the supervising physical therapist

Requirements:

• Associate degree from a Physical Therapist Assistant program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)
• Current Wisconsin licensure to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
