Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious law student to join our Banking & Finance unit as a work student for three months. As a work student, you will be part of our team for approximately three days a week.
Our Banking & Finance unit advises and guides companies, financial institutions, and private equity investors on national and international financing transactions, restructurings, and securitizations. Your tasks will be broad and diverse, including analyzing various legal issues, writing internal memos, blogs, and draft advice, and preparing presentations.
To be successful in this role, you should:
- Be a student in the final phase of your law studies (master's degree)
- Have demonstrable affinity and/or work experience with Banking & Finance
- Take initiative and have good communication and social skills
- Have strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Be fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
