Test Team Electrical Technician

Multimatic Motorsports Europe, in conjunction with The Heart of Racing, is expanding its team to further develop and race Aston Martin LMH Hypercar in WEC and IMSA. We are seeking a dedicated full-time Test Team Electrical Technician to join our electrical department.

The successful candidate will have a competent level of expertise in motorsport wiring and a can-do attitude. You will produce wiring harnesses, sensors, and electrical assemblies for WEC/IMSA race programs, support test team electrical demands both on-event and during factory car builds, and work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.

Key responsibilities include:

• Producing wiring harnesses, sensors, and electrical assemblies for WEC/IMSA race programs
• Supporting test team electrical demands both on-event and during factory car builds
• Working effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality
• Demonstrating excellent communication skills, enthusiasm, and the ability to learn and adapt quickly
• Working collaboratively as part of a team

Requirements:

• Competent level of expertise in motorsport wiring
• A can-do attitude
• Ability to produce high-quality wiring harnesses, sensors, and electrical assemblies
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Valid driver's license and passport
• Eligibility to work in the UK
