Regional Director - On Premise South-East

We are seeking a Regional Director - On Premise South-East to lead the development of Red Bull sales and presence in the CHR circuit in your region. You will manage the commercial performance of your sector, support your team of Sector Managers and Sales Managers, and contribute to the growth of the brand in your territory.

Responsibilities:

• Embody the Red Bull On Premise culture and values
• Develop and implement a solid regional business plan
• Ensure commercial objectives are met
• Identify new opportunities and secure existing partnerships
• Develop strong relationships with key players in the CHR network
• Train, coach, and evaluate your team members
• Manage administrative tasks and monitor performance
• Collaborate with other departments and teams
• Develop and execute the On Premise Marketing strategy

Requirements:

• University degree, preferably Master's
• 3-5 years of successful commercial experience
• First significant experience in direct and/or indirect management
• Good knowledge of the CHR circuit; experience in this environment is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and ability to understand performance indicators
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and commercial development skills
• Natural leadership, ability to motivate and develop a team
• Sense of organisation, autonomy, and results-oriented
• French and English (professional level)

What we offer:

• Annual gross salary: 62,000 to 77,000 euros on 13 months, depending on qualifications, skills, and experience, + variable part
• 70-80% travel
