Business Support Analyst

We are seeking a Business Support Analyst to join the Campaigns Management team at Ford of Europe. The successful candidate will provide support to the Operations team in investigating system issues, reporting inquiries, and user access administration.

Responsibilities:

• Investigate system issues with the Operations team
• Support reporting inquiries
• Conduct user access administration and regular access reviews
• Pre-screen system issues and report to the Application Management team
• Prioritize open issues and follow up with Application Management
• Support Application Development and Testing teams with code fix issues
• Review and update process documentation
• Support market communications and coordinate deployment activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• High-level English proficiency
• SQL and programming knowledge is a plus
• Customer-centric mindset
• Strong analytical skills
• Attention to detail
• Experience in System Support or Change Management is an advantage
