Description
We are looking for an Experience Designer to join our EA SPORTS FC, Live Platform team. As an Experience Designer, you will partner with product managers, producers, engineers, and fellow designers to create meaningful, high-impact experiences within FC's live service.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in game development or product design, a strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to connect form and function into intuitive and scalable experiences, and proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Suite, or similar.
Responsibilities:
- Design and integrate live events, seasonal content, partnership opportunities, and real-world moments into the player's experience
- Balance creative exploration with practical execution
- Collaborate cross-functionally across a large organization
- Drive design initiatives from concept to implementation within a complex live-service environment
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in game development or product design
- Strong visual craft across UI, typography, and composition
- Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools
- Strong systems thinking and ability to design within existing frameworks and constraints
- Experience working with, contributing, or creating design systems
- Solid foundation in typography, layout, composition, and interaction patterns
- Strong storytelling, presentation, and design rationale skills
