Technical Deployment Lead

As a Technical Deployment Lead on the Forward Deployed Engineering team, you will lead custom AI agent solutions for enterprise customers in regulated industries.

You'll own high-value engagements, collaborating with customers to build and deploy agents into critical business processes.

Responsibilities:

• Own technical delivery plans, structuring SOWs with clear scope, milestones, and success criteria.
• Lead discovery, mapping customer workflows, identifying constraints, and defining MVP scope.
• Run day-to-day engineering execution, driving delivery across Anthropic and customer teams.
• Own product scoping, defining MVPs, authoring requirements documentation, and prioritizing backlogs.
• Manage customer relationships, leading executive briefings and stakeholder communications.
• Measure value and ROI, defining impact hypotheses and reporting outcomes.
• Codify reusable delivery assets, building solution patterns and playbooks.
• Navigate enterprise and regulatory complexity, handling security reviews and compliance requirements.
• Manage scope and change, setting expectations and negotiating contract modifications.
• Run delivery operations, including sprint ceremonies and progress reporting.
• Travel to customer sites (up to 25-50% travel expected).

The annual compensation range for this role is £165,000-£230,000 GBP.
