Description
We are seeking a Solutions Engineer to join our Enterprise team in Japan. As a Solutions Engineer, you will work closely with our customers to understand their technical requirements and develop solutions using Cisco's products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Analyze customer requirements and develop technical solutions
- Create proposal materials and present solutions to customers
- Conduct proof-of-concept demonstrations and testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, security, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of enterprise networks, security, and cloud technologies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- English language proficiency (writing and reading)
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with global customers
- Knowledge of Cisco products and solutions
- Programming skills
- CCIE or CISSP certification
