Continuous Improvement Engineer

We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to optimise our French fry production processes. As a key member of our team, you will identify opportunities for improvement and collaborate with various departments to implement solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and monitor improvement projects within the Continuous Improvement programme
• Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Apply Continuous Improvement principles and methods to reduce waste and increase operational efficiency
• Support and train employees in Continuous Improvement principles and practices
• Collaborate with other Continuous Improvement teams to share best practices and successes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (HBO level)
• Experience working in a production environment
• Knowledge of Continuous Improvement methods and applications
• Excellent coaching, influencing, analytical, and communication skills
• Proactive, independent, honest, and a team player
