Merchandising Coordinator (Striker)

We are seeking a Merchandising Coordinator (Striker) to join our team in São Paulo, Brazil.

As a Merchandising Coordinator, you will be responsible for executing the indirect channel sales plan in the region, developing negotiations with retailers, and engaging with the Distribution Partner (DP) team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing the execution plan for the indirect channel in the region
• Negotiating with retailers and managing relationships with the DP team
• Acting as a liaison between the Regional Sales Manager and retail networks
• Providing training to distributors on perfect store concepts and sales execution
• Monitoring results and tracking investment and contract payments

Requirements:

• Higher education degree required
• Experience in trade, merchandising, or sales with a focus on indirect channels
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
• Travel requirements: 0-10%
